Another weight update— I started 2 months ago at 157 pounds. Through a month I got down to 149. And through this past month I got to 144. This month’s goal is 139. But I am not focused on the weight so much as the measurements because of all the lifting I have been doing. This is not a “diet”………just a healthy lifestyle. Clean eating, heavy lifting, and high intensity cardio. Progress. :)
Before and During photo of my weight loss journey. :) There is a month and a half between the first and second photo. A month and a half of lifting, cardio, and clean eating. Not close to my goal….but I am getting there. :D I’m excited about my progress!
